The Proposal
The Proposal Report

The Proposal is a report that allows you to capture the Planned Labor, Planned Expenses, and Planned Travel that may be required to finish a Project, and present it to your Client in a businesslike format.

The report includes a cover page that will display the Title of the document, the Client's name, the Project name, and your compnay logo and contact information.

Inside the report are several section that you must fill out yourself in order to complete the proposal:

Introduction

This portion of the Proposal is designed to alow you to briefly state the type of project the proposal covers, and to give a brief overview of what the client expects to be done.

Analysis

This portion is the detailed list of the current status of the project. In this section, you must analyze the customer's desires/complaints and any other issues that need to be addressed or that must be considered before starting the project.

Proposed Solution

This section is where you should list the specific tasks that must be accomplished in order to complete the project.

Time and Cost Estimate

This section of the report is filled out automatically by Time and Billing, based on the information you entered into the Planned Labor, Planned Expenses, and Planned Travel forms.
