The Planned Expenses Form
The Planned Expenses form is used when creating Proposals.
It allows you to estimate the cost of materials, supplies, subcontractors,
or other expenses that will be invoiced to the client during the project.
All of the items you enter here will be displayed as part of the initial
proposal you print. In addition, this information will be used by the
Project Tracking Report to display
variances between the amount you have estimated for these items, and the
amount actually spent during the project.
