Managing Invoices

Since the invoice is the primary document you create with Time and Billing
(and the primary document by which you get paid!), some extra management
is required. This form allows you to manage specific invoices, and to
produce invoice reports.
Print Invoices and Work Records
Clicking the button labeled, "Print Invoices and Work Records,"
opens the Invoice form as shown below.

You must select a valid date range and project to produce the invoices
and work records. In addition, you must ensure that if you do not wish
to save an invoice, you uncheck the box labeled "Save this Invoice."
If you keep reprinting the invoice without unchecking this box, you will
save multiple copies of the invoice.
The remaining invoice functions allow you to manage invoices by marking
them as paid, deleting them, or viewing old invoices. In addition, you
can run an invoice report that displays the status of all invoices.
